William P. Dioguardi is Chairman and CEO of Four Springs Capital, LLC. Prior to Founding Four Springs Capital, Mr. Dioguardi was President of Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc., a leading private equity firm based in New York City, and Chairman of The Concord Equity Group. Under his leadership, these firms raised in excess of $1 billion of capital from high net worth investors, family offices and specialized domestic and international funds. Mr. Dioguardi has been Executive Member Manager of 31 SPE’s that, at one time had cumulative asset values in excess of $200 million.
Mr. Dioguardi received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University. Active in community affairs for many years in Avon-by-the-Sea, New Jersey, Mr. Dioguardi served as Commissioner of Revenue and Finance from 1991 – 2003. He serves as board member at Monmouth University and chairs the University Investment Committee. |

Mark R. Baran is a Managing Director and cofounder of Four Springs Capital, LLC. He has more than 25 years experience in the investment management industry including real estate experience from previous roles at JMB Realty and Boston Capital. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baran was a Vice President at Neuberger Berman in Private Asset Management. In addition to marketing traditional investments with Nicholas Applegate and State Street Research, he has also served as a Managing Director at Spencer Trask Ventures, Inc. where he was responsible for capital formation for early stage venture firms and marketing private equity funds.
Mr. Baran received a B.A. in Administrative Science from Yale University. He is a member of the Investment Management Consulting Association and serves as a board member for the National Foundation for Cancer Research. |

Mary E. Maguire is a Managing Director and cofounder of Four Springs Capital, LLC. Previously, Ms. Maguire was a finance executive at Merrill Lynch for over twenty years. For more than a decade she supported the asset management division gaining extensive knowledge in retail and institutional investment management. As a Director she was responsible for business strategy, pricing policy, and acquisition and divestiture initiatives. She played a significant role in the integration of Merrill Lynch Investment Management with Blackrock. In addition to her asset management experience, she also has extensive experience in Financial and Regulatory reporting. She is a registered Financial Operations Principal (FINOP).
Ms. Maguire received a B.A. in Accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Monmouth University. |

Alan Massara is Managing Director of Energy and Structured Products for Four Springs Capital, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience primarily in energy and investment banking. Alan has raised over $2.5 Billion in privately placed debt and equity and he has provided merger and acquisition and capital structuring advisory services in over 2 dozen transactions ranging in magnitude from $10 Million to over $1 Billion. Prior to joining the firm, Alan was President of Natural Resources Advisors, Inc., a Senior Vice President in the energy group of ING Barings, a Vice President in Citicorp’s global mergers and acquisitions group and spent 13 years in the industry with Texaco and Gulf Oil.
Mr. Massara received a BS degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategic Planning from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. |
