Four Springs Energy is currently engaged as exclusive financial advisor to American Pipeline Company. APC is a start up natural gas gathering, processing and transportation company targeting acquisitions and development within the midstream gas pipeline segment. APC’s executive management team previously developed and executed the growth strategy for KN Energy, Inc. which became the second largest natural gas pipeline company in the United States. KN was ultimately sold to Kinder Morgan for more than $9 Billion. Given the current depressed condition of the industry, APC’s management team feels their “growth via acquisition and rationalization strategy” can again be successfully employed in the same sector. Four Springs Energy provides American Pipeline company with analysis, due diligence, and overall corporate strategy for a sustainable Natural Gas midstream pipeline operating company. Four Springs Energy’s role is to identify acquisition targets, perform detailed analysis, assist in due diligence, develop and execute a financing plan and assist in the development of an overall corporate strategy for sustainable growth in the Natural Gas midstream pipeline segment.
Four Springs Energy is working with two separate oil & gas exploration and production companies. The management teams consist of high quality, experienced industry professionals with proven track records in finding and developing reserves at well below industry average costs. These companies have identified leases in Texas and Louisiana that have proven producing properties with significant upside development potential. Four Springs Energy is structuring the new companies and will raise the capital required to facilitate development for corporate growth.
